✨ SOLD! ✨

This one was special from beginning to end. ❤️

We were blessed to get to help both the sellers and the buyers on this beautiful home - and I truly couldn’t have asked for two better families on either side of the transaction.

I worked with my sellers for months leading up to listing, helping them prepare their home to hit the market. And as my fellow Realtors know, when you walk alongside clients through that entire process, you really get to know them. I knew I loved this family before, but somewhere along the way, I was reminded exactly why. They are simply one of the most beautiful families, inside and out. ❤️

Then one day, I received a text from a longtime client who has trusted us with several purchases and sales over the years. They were helping their daughter look for a home and thought this one might be the perfect fit.

Little did she know when she walked through the front door that she was looking at a home right down the street from us! 🏡❤️ And almost immediately, they knew - this was home.

From there, everything just fell into place. Two incredible families, a seamless transaction, and a closing that truly felt meant to be.

It’s definitely bittersweet for Eric and me. We’re saying goodbye to wonderful neighbors and a family whose girls grew up right here in our neighborhood. But at the same time, we’re welcoming an amazing young family who is just beginning to build their own life and memories here.

One family closing a beautiful chapter, and another just beginning theirs. ❤️

These are the transactions that remind me why I love what I do. Congratulations to both of these very special families! 🏡🔑

At Bartee Real Estate Group, we don’t just list your home - we help prepare it to sell. 🏡✨

When the numbers make sense, strategic updates before listing can make a tremendous difference in both sales price and time on the market. We help our sellers determine which improvements are worth the investment, coordinate the transformation, and position the home to stand out from the competition.

In today’s market, buyers are drawn to homes that feel updated, move-in ready, and beautifully presented - and sometimes a little work before the sign goes in the yard can mean more money at the closing table and a much quicker sale.

This before & after says it all. 🤍

BARTEE REAL ESTATE GROUP | We go the extra mile to maximize your sale.

🏡 SOLD - A NEW SIENNA RECORD! 🏡

Today we closed on the most expensive home ever sold in Sienna… and this one is incredibly special to me. ♥️

Five years ago, I had the privilege of selling this very home for the most wonderful seller. Since then, I have compared countless luxury homes to this one because, quite simply, there is nothing else like it. Pictures simply do not do it justice.

Two primary suites. Venetian plaster walls. Some of the most stunning custom light fixtures you will ever see. Incredible tile work and Italian backsplashes. A freight elevator. Gym. Media room. Air-conditioned outdoor living. Custom greenhouse. A primary bathroom that is truly breathtaking. And state-of-the-art, fully integrated whole-home automation throughout.

Every inch of this home was thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed and impeccably maintained.

Fast-forward five years, and I found myself helping dear friends of ours search for something truly special. We toured beautiful home after beautiful home. They found several they liked - but nothing they loved.

And I kept telling them, “Don’t stress. When you know, you know.”

The crazy part? I had actually told them about THIS VERY HOME. More than once. I knew it was exactly what they were looking for and kept saying, “I just wish that house would come on the market.”

Then Eric and I were in Maine when I got the call: it was coming!

They didn’t hesitate.

And today, five years after selling this incredible property, I had the privilege of sitting on the other side of the transaction - this time helping our friends become its new owners. ♥️

11,000+ days of Sienna history from when the 1st homes were sold - and today, we set a new record.

Sometimes real estate has a funny way of coming full circle. Getting to experience this one with friends makes it that much sweeter.

Congratulations to our friends on an absolutely extraordinary home. I couldn’t be happier for them! 🥂🏡
