"We loved our David Weekley Team! From the very beginning all the way to closing day, our David Weekley experience was fantastic! It all began with Chris Kahn in the model home in Harvest Green. He was warm and friendly--and he never "put on the pressure". Rather, he did the opposite letting us have time to process, which was refreshing. He was confident in the product he was selling and knew that if the time was right and the house was right, it would all work out! Chris always gave us the time and attention we needed, never rushing us, yet clearing communicating deadlines, etc to keep us on track. Yes, sweet Chris had to talk me off the ledge a few times as this was a big move for us. We were downsizing from our home of 20 years, and to complicate matters, my husband was in a terrible accident about 2 years ago where he was life-flighted and in a coma for 3 weeks. He suffered a traumatic brain injury and is not capable of making decisions (easily confused, etc), etc...so, I really appreciated the support and kindness that was shown to me from not only Chris, but also from Kasey O'Brien, our builder, and Stacey Kilpatrick, our designer! Stacey was just lovely to work with!! She has a fabulous eye and had some really great suggestions for us (for example, I am thrilled that she suggested that we upgrade our kitchen cabinets under the stove to drawers--I love our drawers and think of her every time I pull them out and all our items are nicely stacked and easy to access!). Stacey was very professional and swift with helping us make decisions! I love the colors and the selections we made---our home feels so warm, cozy and inviting! On the build side, we started construction with Oscar, who was great, and then transitioned over to Kasey, who was equally as great! The transition was smooth and Kasey did a marvelous job of making sure all our concerns were addressed and that the home was built well. Kasey was efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we closed timely without compromising quality! If I had it to do all over again, I would not change a thing with my team or my selections!" - Heather M. in Richmond, TX
