🏡🐝 **PSA: Always Be Aware of Your Surroundings When Viewing a Home!**

When touring homes, always pay attention to what’s around you, not just the house itself!

Wasps can build nests in places you might not notice until someone accidentally disturbs them. They’re often found under roof eaves, around doorways, in garages, and near porches.

👀 A few things to keep in mind:

* Watch your surroundings as you walk around the property.
* Be careful when opening gates, sheds, or storage areas.
* Look for wasp activity around entryways and rooflines.
* If you spot a nest, keep your distance!

As a Realtor, safety is always a priority when showing homes. You never know what might be hiding in plain sight! 🐝🏡
