Yes, asking prices have dipped. But a lot of that is just fall.

Every year, asking prices cool once the busy summer season wraps up and sellers start pricing a bit more competitively.

Add in the most homes on the market since November 2019 and higher rates since spring, and smart pricing is simply what helps homes sell right now!!

It’s 12:22am in Vegas, two canceled flights, my youngest has her last JH volleyball game at 1p tomorrow and I’m determined to be there…

Bag went to Oakland, CA, but who cares…

I’m on a 2am flight out that will get me to her game right on time… I might be awake for 38+ hours, but I’ll be there and that’s what matters…
