I am a realtor for a private network of investors and we look to buy 6-8 houses each month. The houses we look to purchase are usually distressed or are in need of some work. Ideally located in or around Houston. We like to buy at 70-75% of the ARV minus repairs. If you have any properties like this I would be very interested in taking a look. If the property is off market or pre-list, you can have our buyers commission on the sale as well as the sellers. I am interested in building relationships and doing multiple transactions with you.

People are still buying homes despite the market and the economy! One way or another, you're going to either make your landlord rich or secure a piece of the pie. Today I issued 5 pre-approvals. That means 5 families get to go house hunting. Some needed work, whether it was a rapid rescoring to help increase their credit scores to obtain an approval or had to find them money to help cover their down payment. Not every buyer is the same and I'm here to help! Message, email or call me if you'd like to purchase a home!
