Robert serves as Transactions Counsel for Renewa, where he advises on real estate transactions, project development, financing, and other strategic commercial matters. He joined us earlier this year after serving as Corporate Counsel for a publicly traded energy company, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate real estate, governance, and commercial transactions.

Robert graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in History in 2012 and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 2017.
