From a referral to a referral… to CLOSING DAY! 🏡

I met Kaitlyn and Jeremy through a chain of referrals that began with a buyer I met in 2019 who became a great client and friend. It means so much to see that trust continue to open doors! 💛

Although this wasn’t their first home purchase, they still needed guidance and insight along the way. With an hour-and-a-half drive to our search area, every trip needed to count. I coordinated multiple showings each visit to make the most of their time.

We found an amazing home, but the road to closing came with a few unavoidable bumps—including the need for an air quality/mold test just FOUR days before closing! I was able to coordinate the last-minute testing, and we closed on time! 🔑

I met this amazing couple when Alyssa was just starting law school, and now she’s a wife, a lawyer, and soon-to-be mom! Along the way, Alyssa and Hakeem have purchased two homes with me. Watching them reach these milestones makes my heart so happy. 🤍

They are going to be amazing parents! They have a huge support system in their parents, grandparents, siblings—and now Auntie B! 💛🐝
