But if selling is on your radar in the next year or so, it’s worth thinking about how your choices might appeal to future buyers. Sometimes that means swapping your favorite bold colors for something a little more neutral when it’s time to list.

Giving back is what we do!

Today my kids and I volunteered with Intero at the Houston Food Bank, helping sanitize and sort food donations, check expiration dates, and pack products for distribution.

Serving alongside my kids is one of my favorite ways to spend a day. Thank you, Intero, for organizing such a meaningful opportunity to give back to our community.

This was so much fun! We put each other to the test by trying to pronounce town names from Texas and Louisiana. As a Texas native and a Louisiana transplant, let’s just say… we both had a few humbling moments. 🤣
