Join us in congratulating our team member of the month, Steven Roach from Rivergate Meadows! Steven originally joined us six months ago as a temporary worker, but he quickly proved himself to be a valuable team member. Back in May, Rivergate Meadows lost their Service Supervisor, leaving Steven as a sole member of a two-person maintenance team. Despite being new to the team, Steven stepped up to the challenge without hesitation. Over the last few months, he has put in the hard work and long hours, remaining on-call 24/7 to ensure the community is taken care of. Because of his tireless efforts, weekly work orders are at an all-time low, turns are being completed on time, and move-in units look fantastic.
Steven handles each challenge with a smile and brings infectious positivity to the team. Our residents absolutely love him and are frequently saying how grateful they are for his help. Thank you for your outstanding work, Steven!
