Toured some Open Houses on my CA visit and Alamitos Beach in Long Beach did not disappoint!
This beach is absolutely HUGE with miles of white sand / grassy park bluff walks to be had, cute boutiques, eateries, FREE yoga on the bluffs, Market at Bixby Park, nightlife, and a thriving LGBTQ community. These particular units listed by (approx $1.1 to $1.4, licensed in HI) are a great value compared to neighboring beach communities, with much easer access to parking and the freeways. We even saw direct beach access from the unit below this one in my video! There are many unique units with special features.
Long Beach has gotten a bad rap over the years but it might be time to reconsider ‘the LBC.’ ✅
