After the devastating floods that tested our community, seeing this recent ‘Double Closing’ on Crozier Drive come to fruition feels like the ultimate silver lining. We didn’t just sell our clients’ beautiful beachfront cottage—we orchestrated a move that most people only dream of.
We parlayed the sale of 68-533 Crozier Dr. into the purchase of a massive, 38,000-square-foot beachfront canvas. Yes, the new property had a ‘project house,’ but for these successful local business owners, it’s the ultimate footprint to build a legacy.
