Just sold!

After meeting with my client to see what he was looking for. We saw a few properties on the west side and started to narrow down his search on what best fit his needs. Then I took him to Kaulu by Gentry a new development in kapolei to see a few townhomes. We came in at a good time because there was a brand new unit that was newly built and featured 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at a fantastic price. He even got credits back to use for closing as well.

There are still great deals for new developments for every type of buyer. I toured Kaulu by Gentry 3 years ago and they are still continuing to build. Took my client to see some places in kapolei and thought why not see all available options with new developments as well.

He found one that fit what he is looking for and contracted this week. He also is getting a 4% rebate from developers as well!

Closed on this home a couple weeks back for my friend and client that has trusted me since ever since. I helped her buy her first place, sold it to buy her next condo in kakaako. Two kids later we sold that condo to look for a new home. We found one that will need a some work but once complete, it will be ready to make new memories!

So happy for them and thanks to Wendy from Remax Hawaii on being so accommodating to us. I can’t wait see how the home turns out!

This is a great building where it’s centrally located between downtown and Chinatown. HOA is on the lower side compared to other buildings in the area. When we started looking here, there were a few other options but this one was renovated really nicely. They didn’t take shortcuts and was a great value. We also got it for $10,000 under listing price too!

I am ecstatic to have got this sold for my client. I sold this to her a few years ago and now with a growing family, it’s time for something bigger.

This was a high floor unit with fantastic mountain views. The owners kept the home in immaculate shape and it was move in ready. We were able to work with the buyer and their agent through their 1031 exchange for this.

It’s a great feeling to purchase a home, an even different feeling when it’s brand new and you didn’t have to wait 3 years for it to be built. Luckily, I had a client that was ready to find a place of her own and we looked at a few then came to Park at Keeaumoku.

This was one of the few remaining units after the initial wave of people who moved in and we got to see a few of the available units in the building and landed on one that fit her needs.

Thank you on the sales team for helping us and Joey Chun from Fairway Mortgage for getting the deal done for her. Always a pleasure working with you guys.

A brand new building on the growing Keeaumoku area is now up and residents have moved in. The building has fantastic amenities with the floor sitting high up to over look the skyline. They also opened a great eatery downstairs, Midtown Eats. With more stores including Starbucks slated to open soon.

My client got to see the few remaining units that were available and chose the one that best fit her lifestyle. Looking to continue moving through this smoothly with the developers team to closing. Almost there!

Very happy to be able to close on our Mililani listing for my friend and clients so they can move on to the next step in their real estate goals. Two buyers backing out of transactions until we finally found the right buyer! Challenging one for sure but every real estate transaction will have its own special challenges!
