This was back in July — right in the middle of summer!
OMG, while looking through these pictures, I kept thinking, “Wait, didn’t this JUST happen last month?!” 😅

But nope… it’s already the END OF OCTOBER!!! How is that even possible?! Craaaazyyyy!!

I promise, this is my last post for today! 😂

P.S. Here’s the coolest part — my client was only 23 years old when he bought this place! YESSS, start early!! He’s an online gaming streamer, and we found him an absolute gem at a sweet, sweet price!
Love seeing young people making smart moves and investing in their future! 🙌🏽

As usual, I’m a little behind on my posts! 😅 But this one deserves its own little spotlight!

This sale closed back in June, right as summer break was kicking off! ☀️ And you know what that means… my two little tails were following me everywhere, day and night! Between showings, phone calls, paperwork, and keeping the kids entertained, it was definitely a memorable start to summer! We did our annual Diamond head/shave ice fun✅

What made this transaction extra special was the family behind it❤️
My wonderful clients live on the Big Island and were purchasing a condo in Honolulu for their kids attending UH. As a mom myself, I could absolutely relate to wanting to make sure your children have a comfortable place to call home while pursuing their education.

I’m so grateful to my clients for their trust, patience, and especially their amazing communication throughout the entire process. Even while coordinating everything between islands, they were always responsive and on top of things, which made such a difference!

And a big mahalo to From Pre-Approval to Keys in Hand - HomeOwnership Simplified for helping us on the lending side and being part of the team that brought this one across the finish line! 🙌

What a great transaction and an even greater month 🙌🏽

One of the best parts of this closing was reconnecting with my old colleagues from Tanaka of Tokyo where I worked back in 2014–2016. Life has a funny way of bringing people back together in the most meaningful moments 💛

I was so happy to be part of their journey as first-time home buyers. They’re young professionals who knew exactly what they were doing, exactly what they wanted, and exactly what they needed in a home — which made the process even more exciting to watch.

This transaction was incredibly smooth from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for the great cooperation from the selling side as well 🤝

JUST SOLD — and this one was special. 🏡

Referred by a past client, this turned into such a smooth transaction with a client who truly showed up throughout the process. The result?Over $43,000 negotiated back into my client’s pocket during escrow!🫡

That’s the job. That’s the goal. Every single time.

On the personal side, right in the middle of it all, I got to escape for four days with Batyr. Good times, great memories, and watching him crush his accomplishments was everything🙌

But as always… there’s nothing like coming back home and diving straight back into the routine

Pacifica Honolulu SOLD ✨

So happy for these amazing clients, whom I first met at an open house back in November. They were relocating to Hawaii for work, and we stayed in touch through the sale of their home in California. Once everything closed there, we made a plan and started writing offers here in Honolulu.

It was such a positive experience from start to finish. I also got to help with some upgrades in the unit. I love being a one-stop shop for my clients and connecting them with the best vendors.

On the home front, I was the rock for Batyr as he prepared for his state championships in gymnastics and chess, while Rosie was happily focused on food and fun 🤌🏽😂

The amazing teamwork with Team Kiriu on the listing side and Kyle Cutwright on the financing side made this transaction even more special. I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything came together🤍

Just Sold! 🏙️
This one was fun.
My client — a Russian-speaking investor from the Bay Area and a very seasoned buyer — purchased this property without seeing it in person until recordation. His daughter helped on island, and he flew in 2 days before closing.

Even though he has visited Oahu many times, finding the right investment remotely took some back-and-forth before we landed on the great Marco Polo building.

Real estate reality check: no transaction is perfect.
Right at the end we hit a bump with a mobile notary in California who didn’t send the scans in time. His explanation?
🥁 🥁 🥁
“Too many documents to scan.” 🫡

Meanwhile it was my birthday, and Batyr had an out-of-state competition in California. Huge thanks to my colleague Jayson Antonio for covering a few appointments and awesome loan officer.

Grateful for great clients and teamwork that gets deals across the finish line.
