Some homes ask every room to do too much. This one does not.

At 295 Snowbird Loop, the three-level layout separates sleeping space, the main living area, and an upper flex space. That can matter when one person is working, someone else wants a quiet room, and everyone still needs a place to gather.

The floor plan is unusual enough that I would not judge it from photos alone. Come walk it and see whether the separation works for you.

The shape of 295 Snowbird Loop makes more sense once you move through it.

Bedrooms and laundry sit on the lower level. The kitchen and living room take the middle. Upstairs, the lofted flex space can work for guests, an office, or a quiet corner away from the main room. Then there is the private deck, tucked into the trees.
