Is it even a luxury listing if there's no video?

We are here to make every luxury listing count.

If you're looking to do the same, DM is today!

Honestly, no...

Is there a buyer for every seller out there? Yes.

But not every home needs the grand attention of a cinematic video in order to get sold. Some home sell them themselves, while other others need the correct positioning to do so.

And speaking of positioning, being able to define your brand identity, beliefs you want to share, and price points is far more important than doing videos for every listing. Not all listings serve well.

I have a masters degree too, but still...

I'd called this a reference experience.

Psychology taught me that our brains need proof of success to reinforce more of it.. real estate videography the perfect channel for me to get it done.

Realtors getting on camera is the best way to prospect... One thing that bothers me is that people will spend hundreds of dollars/month on prospecting models that don't work for them and not switch out of it.

We're in a buyers market where homes can sit for 90 days, and there are realtors who get on camera and sell a home within two weeks.

i'm seeing more agents hopping on the trend, but I'm also seeing a lot of people refuse for reasons that really don't matter to the general public.

At some point in my business. I feel like I wasn't doing enough with my time despite being both a photographer/videographer and a grad student learning psychology..

So I went ahead and got my real estate license and test tested my psychology skills. But not the way you think...

Yeah, I closed deals, but I got my license to really be able to step into a Realtor's®️ shoes. To understand their victories, their struggles, their business, their workflow, their lives.. combining that knowledge with my psychology skills allowed me to understand what realtors really want in a marketing/media partner such as myself. I also realized being a realtor was not aligned to my purpose.

Does every videographer need to get their real estate license to work with realtors?

No

Would I ever go back to being a real estate agent despite being asked so many times by other realtors?

F**K NO!

Fun fact: Gimbal's aren't a stable as they're advertised. The weird walks us videographers do and sure stable shots that make the video clean... that's one of many components of the value we provide (this honestly took me quite a bit of practice because my knees are not the best😂)

So I actually bought a drone before I bought a camera before I moved to Miami, I told myself I'm gonna be traveling the world and showcasing all these amazing places and telling stories and doing these cool things.

But going into grad school, in a new city, where I knew no one and had a lot of things to take care of. That dream was a little far-fetched at the time.

So I put it to the side and ended up buying a camera with the remaining money I had and started portrait photography. I liked her for a little bit until I hated it because it's too subjective.

I also tried food photography, but that wasn't scalable enough.

Then my mom gave me the idea of starting real estate photography, which changed my life and allowed me to change many others lives using my knowledge, my creativity and my gear.

Real estate is the gateway to many things and cameras take you to places degrees never do.

My Ikigai

3 things videography taught me about myself.

1. The concept of flow state was beyond me at one point in my life. I was always so anxious in such a perfectionist that I need things to go to a certain way and because of that I messed up so many things.. but being a videographer puts me in a creative state that bypasses all the blockages that I used to put on myself.

Not only that I improved drastically in the craft, but I also helped them be more social and take more charge of my life.

2. I used to be really shy and I could still say I'm an introvert. But being able to provide value to someone else's life through your own work brings me immense joy that I never quite understood until I picked up a camera.

3. When I was younger, everyone I knew had a hobby, a skill, a passion. For a very long time in my life, I didn't have any of those. I felt a lack of purpose, and a lack of meaning in my own life to a point where I had to look up YouTube videos on how to find your purpose and how to be the best you ever.. and it brought me to storytelling which made me buy cameras.

The point is. Find something that speaks to you.
