FLIP IT DAY: Hawthorne Edition! 🔄

Today, we switched things up! Our RSS was busy taking calls like a pro 📞 while the Community Manager traded her office chair for a pressure washer and went to war with the patio furniture! 💦🪑🤣

Who needs a gym membership when you have outdoor furniture to clean?! 💪😂

At Hawthorne at Holly Ridge, we don’t just talk about teamwork… we LIVE IT! 🙌 One day you’re answering calls, the next you’re blasting dirt off chairs. Around here, the job description is basically “Whatever needs to get done!” 😂

Different roles, same goal… and hopefully, cleaner furniture! 💙💚🩵

Amenity Spotlight! ⭐️🏓

We’ve added tables & chairs to our pickleball courts! Whether you’re playing, grabbing a bite, hanging out with friends, or cheering on your favorite players, there’s now even more room to sit back and enjoy! ☀️

We’re so excited about this new addition and can’t wait for you to enjoy it! 💚💙

🌴🍽️ GOOD FOOD, GREAT PEOPLE & LOCAL LOVE! 🍽️🌴

Our outreach adventures took us to Surf City this week, and we visited two fantastic local spots that we can't wait to tell you about! 💕

🥩 Low Tide Steakhouse – If you're craving a delicious steak and fresh seafood, this is the place to be! With its inviting atmosphere, Low Tide is a wonderful spot for everything from date night to dinner with friends!

🌊 Surf City Line – Talk about island vibes! With ocean views, live music, handcrafted cocktails, and mouthwatering coastal-inspired dishes, this Surf City gem knows how to bring the beachy fun! ☀️🍹

A huge THANK YOU to both businesses for welcoming us! We love getting out into our community, building relationships, and supporting the wonderful local businesses that make our little corner of the coast so special! 🩷

If you haven't checked these places out yet, you're missing out! 😉
