🥳 My friend and past client's vacation rental is officially open on Airbnb! After we went to settlement earlier this year, they spent the summer getting the house ready and it is now available for bookings.

A beach you can walk to without stairs, a house sitting on top of a cliff, and a dock. All on one Eastern Shore property.

I have walked a lot of waterfront in this region, and that combination is rare. Usually you get one of the three. Deep water means you can actually keep a boat there and spend the day on the bay instead of trailering in. The beach access without a set of stairs is the part people underestimate until they are carrying a cooler. And the elevation gives you the long view from inside the house, which is the thing you are really paying for on water property.

That is the quiet lesson I have picked up on waterfront over the years. On a view property, the view is the asset. Everything else is negotiable.

My buyer standing in front of their new house, which is a part of this job that never gets old.

The house itself is fully updated, and I'll give the previous owner credit. Bluetooth bathroom vents, backlit mirrors, low-light outlets, in-glass blinds on the slider, remote control blinds, and an EV charging station. That's a specific kind of person making specific decisions, and it found a buyer who appreciated every one of them.
