More inventory doesn’t mean buyers see every home. Sometimes, the right match takes an agent connecting the dots. 🏡
Congratulations to Srajan and Ariel on their new condo!
We met at my open house a few miles away. They loved the home, but it was outside their budget. After learning more about what they wanted, I connected them with another listing I had recently brought to market.
Great location. Just under budget. Years remaining on the tax abatement and builder’s warranty. A home they hadn’t discovered online—and one that turned out to be their dream condo. 🙌
I’m working with just a handful of buyers now, primarily through referrals, and this experience reinforces where agents bring real value: asking better questions, understanding buyers’ priorities, and knowing the inventory well enough to recognize the right fit.
That means understanding locations, property differences, and shifting prices and proactively matching sellers’ homes with buyers who will appreciate them.
