134 Hancock Ave Units 1 & 2
Jersey City, Nj 07307

Brand new homes with high design located in the heart of Jersey City Heights.

High design meets everyday ease in this brand new home in The Heights. The impeccably styled 3 bed, 2 bath layout, features a fully finished private backyard, and is nestled in a coveted pocket of Jersey City Heights with access to shops, schools, parks and NYC transport. The entryway welcomes with a custom-built foyer, complete with wainscoting and built-in hooks for function and an easy place to hang your hat after any kind of day. Inside, the living area stuns with a custom fireplace, prepped for your oversized flatscreen. Coffered & color-capped ceilings provide intrigue above while mirroring bright oak floors give continuity throughout…and "I've got it together" vibes as soon as you walk in. With elevated, top-tier Thermador appliances, a custom vented hood, brushed brass pot-filler, microwave drawer and w**e fridge, the kitchen should meet any top chef’s approval; plus… the contrast between the crisp white quartz counters & backsplash, deep charcoal lower cabinets and sugar-maple uppers proves this space has brains AND beauty. Serenity awaits in the primary ensuite; a fluted feature wall, individual bedside sconces and thoughtfully appointed walk-in dual closets with custom built-ins complete the space and create a true retreat. Bathrooms elevate the everyday with Kohler brushed brass fixtures (and toto plumbing…where it counts!), floor to ceiling tile, stylish - and functional - vanities, and custom-lit niches for both the glass shower and tub.? Outside hosts a private retreat, beautifully manicured with lush lawn, pavers and a customizable outdoor grilling station. An entertainer’s dream, the setup offers a gas connection, utensil storage and is simply waiting for your favorite gas grill to be installed (*grill not included*. That’s too personal a decision!). ? Prefer not to have guests enter the back yard through your oversized sliding glass doors in the primary suite - past your unmentionables - TO the backyard entertaining zone? No worries! They can easily access through the side gate so your private life isn’t part of the evening’s entertainment. Set between Palisade & Central Avenues, this location brings the best of The Heights with locally owned, boutique shops and cafés, great schools, dog runs galore, Washington Park’s sports facilities and Riverview Fisk Park with cinematic skyline views, farmer’s markets and community events. The Congress & 9th Street Elevator and Light Rail stop offers a direct line to Hoboken, NYC, and PATH connections (which is great bc there are more ways to get around than by driving your own car. Hancock does not come with on-site parking but there are plenty of people who drive and find overnight parking using their resident pass) Featuring a 10-year builder’s warranty, this home is modern, move-in ready and made for urban luxury dwellers.
