📍Timing is everything! Sometimes a home sits for a while waiting for the right buyer who just happens to be mine!📍

We saw it on Monday, submitted on Tuesday and were in Escrow Thursday. This home is a gem in the Golden Triangle of North Redondo. It needs some upgrading but my client has lots of ideas. Looking forward to handing over keys 😊
