Congrats to Tom C. in Houston on another closing, that makes two for October!!
This one was difficult because it would not qualify for an SBA loan.

Fortunately, we have a large network of lenders and BBDG was able to get the buyer funding done with a personal term loan that was approved in one day and funded in less than a week!! Way to go Tom!!

Wayne F. our Boston broker has finally gotten the Doggy Daycare set to close for $850 k plus Real Estate, set to close September 30th pending financing. Way to go!! He has several other pending deals we will update once secured.
