Darren Cohen Emerald Custom Pools

Quality matters. And at Emerald Custom Pools, we believe it deserves its own dedicated focus. 💎🏊‍♂️

I’m talking with Justin, our dedicated Quality Control Manager, about what sets Emerald apart. While many pool builders rely on a project manager to oversee both construction and quality, we have someone specifically focused on making sure the details, craftsmanship, and standards are where they need to be.

Because building your dream pool isn’t just about the finished product. It’s about the quality behind it.

Emerald Custom Pools — built with purpose, backed by quality.

After nearly 15 years helping families build their dream homes, I’m excited to begin a new chapter.

I’ve officially joined Emerald Custom Pools as a Design Consultant! 🏊‍♂️

Throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about helping people create spaces where memories are made. While the homes may be different, that passion remains the same. Now, I get to help families transform their backyards into beautiful retreats for relaxation, entertainment, and time with the people they love most.

I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships, experiences, and friendships I’ve built along the way, and I’m looking forward to this new adventure.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a custom pool, outdoor living space, or backyard oasis, I’d love the opportunity to help bring that vision to life.

Here’s to new beginnings! 🌴☀️

Monday begins a whole new chapter, haha, I’d even say a whole new book!
One that I am excited for but also quite nervous! See you Monday with the announcement and video clips! To my friends and family who have been by my side these last 2 months or so, thank you for your love and support!

Some goodbyes are harder than others, and this is certainly one of them.

Today, I’m saying goodbye to Graham Hart Home Builder.

When I first joined Graham Hart years ago, I never imagined the impact this company, its leadership, and the people here would have on my life and career. After spending five wonderful years with the company, I was fortunate enough to be welcomed back last year with open arms. That second opportunity is something I will always be grateful for.

To the ownership team and leadership, thank you for your trust, support, friendship, and belief in me. In an industry built on relationships, you showed me what it means to genuinely care about people—not just customers, but employees as well. I will always appreciate the confidence you placed in me and the chance to represent such a respected builder.

To my fellow team members, thank you for the laughs, the challenges, the victories, and the friendships. It has been an honor working alongside you.

And to the incredible Realtor partners I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout the years, thank you. Your trust, professionalism, referrals, and partnership helped make every success possible. I have been blessed to work with some of the very best in the business, and I am sincerely grateful for every relationship we’ve built together. I know our paths will continue to cross for many years to come.

While leaving is bittersweet, I am excited about the next chapter and the opportunities ahead. I’m looking forward to sharing where I’m headed next on August 27, and I can’t wait to continue serving homebuyers and Realtor partners in this new role.

Thank you, Graham Hart, for being such an important part of my journey. I will always look back on my time here with gratitude, pride, and respect.

Wishing the entire Graham Hart family continued success for many years to come.

With gratitude,

Darren Cohen
