Nothing like a packed room and a good CRE conversation before 10 a.m.

Yesterday, Mark Duclos, SIOR moderated Hartford Business Journal’s “Connecticut’s Industrial Boom: What Next?” power panel at the Cranes & Scaffolds Commercial Real Estate Conference.

Mark was joined by John Bourdeaux of AdvanceCT, Brian Ker of Snowball Developments, and Toby Nelson of The Silverman Group — bringing together some great perspectives on what’s happening in Connecticut’s industrial market and where we go from here.

Tuesday’s soft opening luncheon was the perfect kickoff to an exciting week.

It was great bringing together the teams from Sentry Commercial, CDC, and PPS ahead of tonight’s ribbon cutting at The REC New Haven. A lot of hard work has gone into making this space a reality, and it was awesome seeing everyone in one room before the big celebration.

Here’s to collaboration, community, and creating spaces where connections happen.
