Short Notice Inspections LLC We are a family owned Home Inspection company.

We’ve said this many times but it always needs repeating. The Home Inspection is not a time you should bring everyone to see the home. We have had numerous instances in the past few months that could have been disastrous. If you do feel you need to bring someone, we will set down the ground rules for them but if they get hurt or damage something on the property that is not yours yet, that’s will make the rest of the process a bit less smooth.

Believe it or not oil tanks actually fall outside the standards of practice for home inspections in MA….BUT, The connections to them and piping material conditions are included. And no…that filter should not be dripping oil like that.

Some wonder why it takes a while to test everything. The bathroom, for instance has multiple plumbing fixtures that each need to be tested, as well as documenting the conditions of the walls, floors, ceiling, ventilation, windows if applicable, heating, electrical and the doors…Remember, that’s just one bathroom.
