Hamilton just got a new spot for food, drinks, and a little something different. ❤️

The Hydraulic Bar at Champion Mill brings specialty cocktails, b**r, w**e, an extensive bourbon selection, and a full menu of food to the community. 🍸🍻🥃

And there’s a fun local touch behind the cocktails, too. Created by Hydraulic Bar Manager Tyler Sweet, the drink menu pays tribute to Hamilton’s history and legendary local author Robert McCloskey.

The food menu has something for everyone, from shareable appetizers and wings to salads, flatbreads, handhelds, a kids’ menu, and non-alcoholic options. 🙌🏼

While it’s convenient for guests staying at the Warehouse Hotel and visiting Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill, the Hydraulic Bar is also welcoming Hamilton locals looking for a new place to grab a bite, meet up with friends, or enjoy a drink.

You learn how to stay calm when something goes wrong. You get better at finding solutions. You stop seeing every setback as proof that you can’t do it.

The goal isn’t a life without hard things.

It’s becoming someone who trusts themselves to handle them.

That’s one thing Devan wants every client to know, and it says a lot about how she approaches real estate.

She loves helping buyers find their new beginning and helping sellers feel comfortable and confident through an emotional process. For her, understanding what’s next matters just as much as getting there.

Her advice for first-time buyers? Have a conversation with an agent early. Learn the steps, understand the timeline, and give yourself room to ask questions.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys time with her husband and friends, the gym, and cooking or baking.
