Beth Ann Kingsley's buyer and seller recently closed on the house at 203 S. Harvey in Burrton. This home is a flip, and was taken down to the studs and then rebuilt, with all new everything. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a workshop. Of course, JCL Remodeling was the contractor....1 house at a time in Burrton!

More Burrton updates!

Beth Ann Kingsley's buyers and sellers have come to an agreement on a contract for the buyer to purchase 209 N. Burrton Ave. This property has a wonderful 2 bedroom, upstairs apartment with available office space on the main floor. What a great investment!

And, here is our OG office kitty, Mr. Deeds. He's got the run of the block and likes to relax in the courtyard behind the office. His momma left him back there when he was tiny and barely had his eyes open. Some toms were creeping up on him at the time, and of course, Beth Ann Kingsley scooped him up and brought him in. The entire office staff fed him with an eye dropper and then a bottle.

Currently, he's just very irritated that these other cats have joined the office employee pool.

Some Mondays just get the best of us, and yesterday was one of those days, especially for our feline employees at The Real Estate Company. Last night as Beth Ann Kingsley was leaving the office around 9 pm, Gator (the orange cat) decided he had had enough of the black and white cat hanging around. Not one cat in the neighborhood likes that black and white cat and he snarls at us every morning when we feed the ferals.

So, Gator went tearing out of the back office door and proceeded to get in a rolling, fur flying fight with that cat. Beth Ann had to wait until it was over to leave and we're surprised the noise didn't make the neighbors wonder what was going on!

But we're on to Tuesday, and Tuesdays are much calmer in our office

We seem to have cornered the market on storage units in Burrton! Another storage facility became available for sale, on Colorado, and Beth Ann Kingsley's buyer wrote a contract that was soon accepted.

We will have some open storage units available for rent in Burrton around the middle of November.

This is Gator, office cat number 2 at The Real Estate Company. Gator was a stray that just showed up one day and used to live at Beth Ann Kingsley and Ed Kingsley's house until they moved in March. At that time Gator became an office kitty. Gator was quite slim before he came to live in the office, but he isn't missing any meals and has become a bit chunky. Until late, he's been afraid to go outside, because of course, bad things happen out there! Lately, he does venture outside but he can't get too far from that food bowl!

Gator is so named for the Florida Gators (obviously he's orange and the Gators are orange and blue) and Beth Ann partially grew up in Florida.

Gator loves attention, so come in and and see him!

It's a tough life here at The Real Estate Company! Many naps are required for our new office cat, Cash. On Old Settlers weekend he allowed us the grab him and bring him in after weeks of hiding and running from us. He was in bad shape; hungry, dehydrated and we thought going blind. He's healthy now and just has a lot of catching up to do from being malnourished and dehydrated for so long. He's quite the busy cat now and plays with the neighbor cats all morning before taking many afternoon naps.
