Born and raised in Moorestown, Colleen proudly attended Moorestown High School and enjoyed many years working at hometown favorites: Peter Pan Bakery and Sunnybrook Swim Club. She attended the University of Delaware, where she pursued a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary and Special Education. Colleen spent almost nine years of her career teaching Language Arts and Social Studies at Haddonfield Middle School and devoted time to coaching the girl’s soccer team at Haddonfield Memorial High School. After moving her family across the world to reside in Tokyo, Japan, she settled back in Haddonfield with her husband, Mike, and three sons. She remains active in the South Jersey community serving as the PTA President at her children's elementary school and serves on the board for the Haddonfield Japanese Exchange. When she’s not busy helping clients with their real estate needs, you can find Colleen on the sidelines of football, baseball, and hockey games cheering on her boys. Colleen’s life experiences, both teaching and moving across the world ultimately pointed her in the direction of real estate. She applies her skills of impeccable communication, patience, flexibility, and compassion to help her clients. Colleen’s empathy and personal touch are felt during every transaction. She truly cares for each of her clients and strives to serve the whole person, understanding individual needs and each unique circumstance. 🏡 Congratulations to my clients on the sale of their Haddonfield home!

☀️ We listed this home right before the start of summer and had a ton of initial interest and activity. But as the summer went on, the market shifted a bit, and we saw the typical summer slowdown in Haddonfield.

🏡 That didn’t mean we were slowing down! We continued marketing the property, hosted some really busy open houses, and even took advantage of town events like the Haddonfield Skirmish to bring more foot traffic through the home.

✨ After a few strategy sessions with my sellers about how to best position the home, including the possibility of taking it off the market and relisting in the fall, we decided to stay the course. We knew the value of the home and felt confident that the right buyer would come along.

🙌 And I’m SO glad we did!!! We ended up with not one but THREE strong offers in the same week! We were able to evaluate all three and select the offer that made the most sense for my sellers, not just in price but in terms as well.

❤️ It’s not always easy to be patient or hold firm when the market isn’t moving as quickly as you’d like. But sometimes staying the course really does pay off, and in this case it absolutely did!

🎉 Congratulations to Lois on the sale of her beautiful home!

✨ The second we met her at the listing appointment, we fell in love. Lois is one of the most interesting, kind and genuinely caring people we have ever worked with, and also one of the most independent, the kind of person who would never dream of being a burden to anyone. What she found in our team was a group that was not going to let her do any of this by herself.

🏡 Her home needed almost nothing. It was already a curated collection of a whole life. Art she had chosen on the walls, mementos from her travels on the bookshelves exactly where they belonged. We prepped it, rolled into a full weekend of showings that Lois was a trooper through, and ended up in multiple offers.

🩷 Then, right before closing, life took an unexpected turn and she needed a lot of extra support. So we rolled up our sleeves and jumped in. We spent those last three days clearing out the house, got her settled into her new home, represented her at closing, and brought her belongings and her car over to her. Helping Lois through those final days was a reminder of how meaningful it is to be there for our clients every step of the way, and we were honored to do it.

🫶🏻 By the end we felt like we had known Lois for years, and she will be a dear friend for the rest of ours. We got to have lunch with her a couple of weeks ago, and it was so nice to catch up and see her absolutely living her best life. The city life looks pretty good on her.
