Real Estate Lead Generation Assistant — New Jersey
Pay: $5 per hour
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Location: Remote, with Eastern Time availability
I am a New Jersey real estate agent looking for an experienced virtual assistant to support my seller lead-generation business.
Responsibilities
* Research expired listings, FSBOs, pre-foreclosures, absentee owners and high-equity properties.
* Organize property and homeowner information in my CRM.
* Prepare prospecting lists and maintain accurate lead records.
* Track follow-up dates and help manage my appointment calendar.
* Perform telephone prospecting only if properly licensed and authorized under applicable New Jersey requirements.
Requirements
Experience supporting U.S. real estate agents or investors, clear spoken English, reliable internet, CRM experience and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with New Jersey real estate is a plus.
