Duckett Pointe is an upscale lake community on Lake Guntersville.
•Luxurious Amenities•Convenient Location•Community Focused•

In 1939, under Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s New Deal, the Tennessee Valley Authority flooded the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in north Alabama to create Lake Guntersville. Since then, its waters have provided power to the region and unmatched natural beauty. Lake Guntersville is now one of North America’s top 3 bass fishing lakes, and home to a variety of wildlife, including a fourth of Alabama’s Bald Eagle population. So, in 2013 when entrepreneur and Bass Master Champion Boyd Duckett had the opportunity to relocate his family, Guntersville, AL was the obvious choice. Along with his family, Duckett brought his entrepreneurial spirit and built the Duckett Fishing headquarters in Guntersville’s new industrial park, Connor Island. After tremendous success and a high quality of life, Boyd dreamed of sharing the lake with the rest of the world. Duckett Pointe is the realization of that dream. Duckett Pointe will consist of 100 craftsman style homes inspired by the Water Color and Seaside communities on the Gulf Coast. Unlike most lakeside communities, Duckett Pointe offers exceptional proximity to natural beauty as well as all the amenities of a city. Duckett Pointe sits on the banks of Lake Guntersville and is conveniently located within 3 miles of downtown Guntersville, as well as the Lake Guntersville State Park. Duckett Pointe’s proximity and design make it the first of its kind in the state and the region. So, follow us here on Facebook as well as Instagram(), snapchat(duckettpointe), and twitter(), as we document the journey from start to finish.
