🎉 ONE YEAR OF PROVENTUS PROPERTY GROUP! 🎉

We officially celebrated ONE YEAR in business earlier this month! Between Hurricane Isaias and everything that followed, we’ve been so busy taking care of our properties and clients that we forgot to stop and recognize the milestone!

What a year it has been!

One year ago, we took a leap and officially opened the doors to Proventus Property Group.

Starting a business comes with plenty of challenges, long days, lessons learned, and a whole lot of hard work. But looking back on this first year, we couldn’t be more grateful for how far we’ve come.

To our property owners who have trusted us with their investments, our tenants who call our properties home, our buyers and sellers who have allowed us to be part of their real estate journeys, and our friends, family, and community who have supported us along the way — THANK YOU!

We’ve grown, built some incredible relationships, navigated plenty of challenges (including a hurricane!), and continued working toward the vision we had when we started: building a real estate company that does things the right way, puts people first, and treats every property like an investment worth protecting.

The past few weeks have been a reminder of exactly why we do what we do. When things get tough, showing up for the people who trust us matters more than anything.

We’re proud of what we’ve built in year one, but even more excited about what’s ahead.

While our communities faced the aftermath of the hurricane, these incredible men and women worked tirelessly to help bring back a little normalcy.

Long hours. Dangerous conditions. Time away from their own families to help take care of ours.

To the linemen and utility crews who worked to restore power across Pensacola, Navarre, and the surrounding communities, you are the real heroes of hurricane recovery.

Hard to believe this is the same water. 🌊

After the last couple of weeks, there's something especially peaceful about seeing our waters this calm again.

We know not everyone is back to normal, and there's still plenty of cleanup and recovery happening across our community.

But moments like this remind us why we love calling the Gulf Coast home.

🌪️ Another Impact of the Storm You May Not Have Considered…

When we think about hurricane damage, we often think of roofs, fences, and fallen trees. But one thing that may not immediately come to mind is HVAC systems.

Many outdoor AC units were tipped over, displaced, or severely damaged during the storm. As a result, HVAC companies are seeing a significant increase in service calls, which can lead to longer wait times for even routine AC repairs.

We’re sharing this as a reminder that our local contractors are working through an incredible amount of storm-related damage, and some delays may be due to circumstances we don’t immediately see.

A little patience and understanding goes a long way as our community continues to recover.
