I think it reflects a broader sense of uncertainty. But here’s what I know: the buyers who recognize opportunity while everyone else is standing still are the ones who stand to benefit.

I’ve been coming to Rowayton Seafood Restaurant since I first moved to New York City in 2005, and nearly 21 years later, it remains one of my favorite spots along the Connecticut shoreline.
