Well, hi. It has been a minute.

Here is where I have actually been lately:
🏈 Friday night football games.
😴 Fall break naps that nobody around here felt bad about.
🎂 A half birthday celebration, because in this family we do not wait for a reason.
✈️ A quick trip to Nashville.
🔑 And yes, real estate tucked in between all of it. Showings, new listings, and getting some of my new favorite people to the closing table.

If we haven’t officially met, I’m Jamie: wife, mom of two boys, Realtor, and a firm believer that life is worth celebrating on purpose.

I help Grove and Grand Lake families get into their next chapter. First homes, move-up homes, lake homes, and the “we have officially outgrown this house” homes.

October, I have some expectations. 🍂😂

A little real estate. A LOT of football. An unreasonable amount of iced coffee. Some quality time with my favorite people. And hopefully a few more reasons to celebrate along the way.

I'm a big believer that you should enjoy the life you're building while you're building it.

So here's to a month of doing good business, making good memories and probably buying more pumpkins than any reasonable person needs.

Turns out, the things I think are worth the money have very little to do with the actual money. 😂

Give me the iced coffee. Take the trip. Take the picture after the game even when everyone is sweaty and your hair has given up. Celebrate the little things. Celebrate the big things. Celebrate the things that maybe didn’t need celebrating at all.

And build a life you actually really like living.

That last part is probably why I love real estate so much.

Because I don’t just want to help you buy a house. I want to help you find the place where your life happens. ❤️
