🇺🇸 Election Day is ONE WEEK from today!

As a Realtor, I spend a lot of time talking about what makes a community a great place to live—our neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, taxes, public services, and the decisions that shape where we call home. Voting is one of the ways we have a voice in those decisions.

I believe it’s important to take the time to research the candidates and issues, understand what’s on your ballot, pray for wisdom, and make an educated decision before you vote.

From a biblical perspective, we are called to seek wisdom, use discernment, pray for those in authority, and be good stewards of the opportunities and responsibilities we’ve been given.

The prime example of when clients become friends.

Jake and Cassandra (and Wesley) came to me as a referral and I’ve gotten to know this sweet family so much over the past couple months.

What an honor it has been to be part of one of the most important decisions- their first home. They have been patient, kind, and bring the cutest little sidekick.

A little bias, but referrals are my favorite to work with because it truly is the ultimate compliment to be referred to your people. I love the relationships built!

Had the best time yesterday at Lehner’s Pumpkin Farm. Thank you Lindsay Castle Titus and Lower Elite for hosting such a great event for your Clients.

It’s a sweet spot to be in when your personal lender becomes a professional partner. Thankful for the relationships this business has given me and time and dedication people put in to invest in others.

Great message today at the Grove City Realty Association. In my personal and professional life the message seems to be pointing to the concept of turning my “have to” mentality to a “get to” focus.

Think of the last time you thought “I have to (fill in your blank)”. How does your perspective change when you think “I get to (fill in the same blank)”.

For me, there was a time in my life that I wanted, longed for, and mostly importantly prayed for the things I have today.

Perspective is everything. Not only did I have to share this message with you all, I get to. What an honor.
