I’m proud to share that I have officially renewed my Louisiana State Certified Real Estate Appraiser certification through 2028.
My career in real estate appraisal began in 1989, before state certifications became a requirement in 1990. Over the past 37+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to build a career that has taken me through many changes in the appraisal industry.
After earning my college degree and completing the required education and experience, I worked with HUD-FHA, completing and submitting approximately 1,000 appraisal cases to obtain my state certification. I have also been on the Federal Appraiser Roster since the early 1990s.
It’s been a long and rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for the experience, knowledge, and relationships I’ve gained along the way.
And now, there’s a little more to the story…
In 2028, I’m going back to where I started — working with HUD-FHA and VA.
After more than 37 years in the appraisal business, I’m looking forward to bringing all that experience full circle and continuing to do what I’ve enjoyed for so many years.
1989 → 2028 and still going.
