Funny how things come full circle.

I actually started my real estate career working with For Sale By Owners, so I’ve always had a soft spot for homeowners willing to roll up their sleeves and give it a shot themselves.

Earlier this year, these clients decided to test the FSBO waters with their beautiful River Walk home. After realizing that selling a home involves just a few more moving parts than putting a sign in the yard and waiting for the offers to roll in, they gave me a call.
