Greenville Food Find 📍 Comal 864 🌮

Sometimes the food is soooo good and the conversation is even better, that you almost forgot to take pictures. 😂

Finally got to catch up with Simone, and what started as dinner at 6:30 turned into us staying until almost 9!

I ordered the Birria Quesitacos, Simone had the chicken flautas, and we shared the elote corn. Everything was SO good! We also tried a couple of their salsas, and we loved seeing mocktail options alongside their cocktails. (I believe this one was a kiwi mocktail)

Between the food, the great service, & us yapping away for over two hours, it was one of those nights where you’re just enjoying being there.

With property tax bills coming out, we wanted to share something that could save you THOUSANDS!

In South Carolina, qualifying primary residences are assessed at 4% instead of 6% AND receive additional property tax relief.

Here’s what a lot of homeowners don’t realize: Just because you bought the house and moved in doesn’t mean you’re automatically receiving the 4% rate!

You have to APPLY for it through your county assessor’s office.

Whether you just bought your first home, recently moved, or have lived in your house for years, it’s worth checking!

Looking for Saturday plans in Greenville, SC? ☀️

Here's an idea: morning Pilates class at
Bodybar Pilates - Greenville, stroll through the TD Saturday Market (or whatever event is happening on Main St), and try a lunch spot downtown!

The TD Saturday Market runs May through October, but even when market season ends, there's always something happening around Main Street. One of our favorite things about Greenville is how much there is to get out and enjoy!

We wrapped up our morning at Rainer's Cafe & Bar, and I got the chicken salad croissant sandwich. SO GOOD!!

Definitely a downtown lunch spot worth checking out.
