Do you have guests coming to stay for the holidays but the guest room is currently filled with random stuff because, you know, we all have "that" room?

Last week, after shopping the homeowners' house, we were able to transform this guest room into a lovely bed-and-breakfast style space -- in one day! What guests wouldn't feel cozy in this room...they may not ever want to leave!

Book a consultation with us today so you can welcome all your guests with ease this holiday season.

Does your bathroom need an upgrade? Book us now to ensure your project is done in time for family to arrive for the holidays! Even if you have your own contractor but are overwhelmed with the design, we can help with that.

This guest bathroom is so beautiful and serene and lovely and all the things. The vanity base is a gorgeous deep sage green. Once we chose that, it helped set the tone for the vibe of the rest of the bathroom. The tub was ripped out and replaced with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling tile for the custom-designed shower. What a transformation!

Give us a call for all your design needs -- big and small and all the in-betweens!

Here is the living room that's next to the bedroom from yesterday's post. Now you can see why we chose the coloring of the bedroom -- it came from this seafoam-green sofa the homeowner fell in love with and purchased. It's so pretty!

When I started this whole-house makeover, it was in preparation for the homeowner to eventually put the house on the market. She knew things needed to be updated but she didn't want to feel rushed and she wanted to enjoy living in the made-over spaces for a bit before selling the house. After more than a year of enjoying the home, she finally put the house on the market last weekend and it SOLD IN A FLASH! Her early preparations (and forethought of her Realtor) made it possible for the sale to be a smooth process.

If you're planning to put your house on the market in the near future or even a couple of years from now, NOW is the time to start preparing, and Spacial Recognition can help you with that!

Trying to get caught up on posting photos from past projects and I can't believe I never posted the rest of the gorgeous house other than the primary bathroom reno. We finished the project in the spring of 2025.

Check out the primary bedroom. Such a sweet, lovely retreat with a beautiful color palette. The pink bedding belonged to the homeowner so we started from there. The green is a deeper tone of the seafoam-colored sofa in the nearby living room. Continuity of color was important in this bedroom because you can see into the bedroom from the living room.

We have room in our fall schedule for projects like this so message us for details if you're looking for a refreshing of your home!

Happy Monday! Here is Part 3 of the staging we shared with you last week. The transformation of the sunroom is one of my favorites. We only removed one piece of furniture but the reorientation of the space is what pulled this room together and made it beautiful!

We'd love for you to share our posts with your friends and family. Even if they live across the country, we can provide virtual staging consultations for anyone interested in ideas on how to stage their home before it goes on the market.

Even if your house isn't going on the market but you don't like how your spaces are arranged or don't even know where to start to get them in any kind of usable order, message us so we can chat about how we could be of service to you.

Part 2 of the staging we posted about yesterday. This post covers the entry porch, living room, library and office. This was a two-day endeavor so there is a lot to cover! What a massive and beautiful transformation! Stay tuned for the remaining spaces to be posted tomorrow.

Reach out to us if you have a house going on the market soon that needs to be prepped and staged OR if your current home needs a re-fresh using what you already have OR you're tired of your old stuff and want a fresh start with new stuff. We offer an array of design services.

Here is another staging for books! You will not believe the before and afters of these spaces. Even I can't believe it! We worked for two solid days on this one! We used ONLY what was in the home. The homeowner had some amazing things to work with, which is often the case but sometimes we have to dig to find them. You may see a lot of random stuff in the before but we see the potential for the after.

Whether your house is going on the market soon or you just want a refreshing of what you already have, we can help you see the potential in what you already have. We can also help you figure out what to purchase to make it even better. Spacial Recognition offers a full line of design services. Message us for details and we'll help you love your home - or sell it faster!

Realtors, we'd love to connect with you on how we can serve your business through staging your listings that might very well look like this house. Message us for details.

Check out this staging we did a couple of weeks ago. Using what the homeowners had on hand, we created spaces that highlighted the beautiful home and not so much the things in the home (which is the idea of staging, after all). We didn't have to move a lot of stuff to the garage, we were able to find a good home for most of the pieces which is always a plus for the sellers.

If you're putting your home on the market soon OR you just need a refresh in the house you're living in, give us a call! "Spacial Recognition: Giving the Space where you Live (or want to Sell) the Recognition it Deserves."

Got a blank stairwell in need of something fun that's not a wall of family photos? :) This homeowner literally handed us a stack of various pieces of art she'd been collecting for years (postcards, sentimental greeting cards, art she'd purchased from street artists in other countries, etc, etc) and asked us to create a gallery wall for her.

This was a fun challenge specifically because most of the art was not standard sized so we had to get creative with how to frame it. Plus, we wanted to include any written info that accompanied the pieces so that we could highlight the artist or event. There are also a few floating frames which were purposefully used so that the homeowner could take the frame off the wall and look at the back of the art which had an artist's autograph or info of some kind on it. We also chose to follow the angle of the stairs which gave the wall a more artsy/curated look. Message me if you, too, need a literal walk down memory lane hanging on your walls!

We have the best time re-imagining people's homes with the things they already own. We love the challenge of walking into a house and being able to visualize how it can come together by using pieces from all over the house including the things we find inside closets and cabinets. It is a true "trill of the hunt" situation which scares most people but invigorates us!

This is a house we staged two weeks ago that has hit the market. We staged every room in the house but here are some highlights.

If it's time for your house to be re-imagined - whether it's going on the market or you're just tired of looking at it the way it is - give us a holla! We'd love to work with you!
