Back on dry land, but no less spectacular a setting! 🍸

The Sotheby's International Realty GNE celebrations continued as we headed to the stunning penthouse at The Battery San Francisco for an evening with some of our favorite people in the real estate community.

Hosted alongside our friends at Pacaso Homes , Vesta and six fellow agents from across the Northern California Collective, it was a chance to let our hair down, raise a glass, and toast the amazing work we’ve been doing together.

Setting sail on San Francisco Bay! 🚢🌉

To kick off a packed week of events celebrating the Sotheby's International Realty GNE, we teamed up with our friends at Overall Hamilton Group to host a beautiful sunset ferry cruise.

Sailing from SF to Marin, we got to share a slice of our backyard with friends, colleagues, and the extended Sotheby’s family who had traveled to join us.

There’s something really special about experiencing the place you call home through the eyes of so many great people.

It reminded us just how lucky we are to live and work in such a beautiful part of the world.

The Bay Area market is moving — and the story on both sides of the bridge is pretty simple: not enough homes, plenty of buyers.

San Francisco is on a heater. Median price jumped 24.6% year-over-year to $2.05M, homes are averaging less than three weeks on market, and more than 85% are selling over asking. Even crazier: the homes selling over list are averaging 32% over asking — a new Bay Area record.

And Marin? Quietly having a really strong month. Median price is up 2.8% to $1.72M, price per square foot is up 4.3%, and closed sales jumped 15.8% — the biggest increase of any Bay Area county.

Here’s where it gets interesting: SF inventory is down more than 30%. Buyers still want houses. Marin has houses. We’re seeing more of that demand cross the bridge.

Luxury is moving too, with $3.5M+ sales up more than 24% across the region.

Low inventory. Tons of demand.
