What’s the difference between a real estate agent that charges you 3% commission to sell your house in comparison to the 2% that I charge? If your home sells for $300,000 you will give a real estate agent an extra $3,000 at the time of the sale instead of receiving the $3,000. If your house sells for $400,000 you will pay a real estate agent an extra $4,000 instead of receiving the $4,000. Is it always better to give than to receive? Not when you’re selling a house 😉

What do I have to be thankful for? You, my clients & customers and so much more.

Being a real estate agent can be very challenging to say the least. It’s a very demanding profession that’s for certain. Anyone who is with me on evenings or weekends knows how much time I spend taking phone calls, answering text messages or jumping on my lap top. My closed sign never goes up. 🤳🏼👩🏻‍💻
