NeighborWorks Montana is hiring a ROC Program Specialist to guide, train and assist resident owned manufactured housing communities in the post-purchase management and governance of their cooperative.
Expertise and experience necessary for success in this position include community organizing, organizational development, adult education, project management, and resource development and management, and the ability to foster a sense of empowerment and community spirit amongst residents.
This is a regionally based position serving resident-owned communities in south-central and southwestern Montana. Applicants must reside within the Belgrade–Bozeman–Livingston–Billings corridor or surrounding rural communities, with the ability to travel regularly to the communities they serve.
