🏈 Football season is officially here… and we’re starting it with a TOUCHDOWN! 🏡🔑

This file needed a strong team and the right quarterback. I sent it over to Brad — who was my boss years ago at Wells Fargo and, full-circle moment, is now my boss AGAIN at PrimeLending.

Good news for homebuyers! Recent Freddie Mac + Fannie Mae updates are bringing more flexibility to certain financing scenarios.

What’s updated?
💼 Simpler guidelines for certain self-employed borrowers
📋 More flexibility with employment verification
🏡 More manufactured homes may be eligible
🔑 Clearer rental income guidelines
