The best journeys are never taken alone.

Looking for a home can feel like setting out on a road you have never traveled. It is exciting, and sometimes a little uncertain. What makes the difference is who is beside you: someone who listens, answers honestly, and puts your family and your relationship first.

That is how I want every client to feel. Whether your next home is on the water in Granbury, near Southlake and Grapevine, or somewhere across Fort Worth and North Texas, I would be honored to walk with you every step of the way.

October 9-18 at Meadowmere Park, 3000 Meadowmere Lane. Walk the pumpkin-lined path and enjoy seasonal activities. Artisan vendors are there Friday-Sunday.
Friday-Sunday: 10 AM-9 PM; entry gate closes at 8 PM. Monday-Thursday: 10 AM-7 PM.

Here's something I explain to every potential client who sits down with me: you should leave your first meeting with an agent feeling heard, not hurried.

Kindness doesn't have to be big to matter. 💛

Today is National Do Something Nice Day, so small things still mean the most.

Let someone go ahead of you. Pay for the coffee behind you. Check on a neighbor. Tell someone you're thinking of them.

“And be ye kind one to another.” Ephesians 4:32 (KJV)

One small kindness can change someone's whole day, and you may never know how far it goes.

I spent Sunday on Lake Granbury taking in the view and looking at the new waterfront development near Highway 377. I'm watching the work progress and hearing plans for a mix of homes, shops and restaurants by the water. Just across the bridge is downtown Granbury, with its charming square and places to explore.

Big changes are taking shape in Southlake, and this is one I’ll be watching closely. 🏡

Shivers Farm officially broke ground September 23 along the SH 114 corridor, bringing a new mix of residential, retail and community space to Southlake.

Plans reported for the 40-acre development include approximately 110,000 square feet of retail, 37 single-family homes, a Whole Foods Market and a public park surrounded by shops and restaurants.

For me, developments like this are about much more than what new store or restaurant is coming.

They can change how people live in an area, where they spend their time, the conveniences available nearby and, over time, how buyers view different parts of a community. That’s why I believe knowing Southlake real estate also means knowing what is happening beyond the homes currently for sale.

Southlake continues to evolve, and I’ll keep watching Shivers Farm as it takes shape.
