What a fantastic non-profit organization. I had the privilege of helping to complete two bed build event days this year at Granger Community Church in Granger, Indiana. Please support your nearest Sleep in Heavenly Peach Chapter near you.

I saw my math teacher with a piece of graph paper yesterday.

I think she must be plotting something.

📊 𝐇𝐎𝐖’𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓, 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐀?

The latest numbers are in, and we’re still seeing a 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 across South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Osceola, Elkhart, Goshen, Niles, Edwardsburg, and surrounding areas!

While prices and total sales volume dipped from last month, homes are still selling for an average of 99.2% of their asking price —and inventory remains low.

Wondering what these numbers mean for 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞? Our Inspired Homes agents are here to help you make sense of the market.

Seeking Feedback

I am trying to come up with content on this page that adds value to those who choose to follow my Realtor page but also promotes my service and helps people get to know me. Content that encourages all of you to share with those you care about and trust.

Please share any ideas that you have!

Here are some ideas that I have considered:

Dad Jokes: Specifically focused around real estate transactions.

Market Information: Promote great properties in the area that are listed by members of the Inspired Homes and other real estate professionals in the community.

Promote Local Business: These would be people and businesses that I have personally met and endorse.

Advice from a Dad: Targeted towards young people considering a new home.

My Story: why I decided to get into real Estate and how I am looking to serve my clients.

Inspirational: Bible verses, quotes, etc.

Friends, I’m looking forward to your feedback! Thank you in advance for your support! It’s appreciated more than you know.

My sincere thanks to all of you for following this page. I truly appreciate your support. My goal
Is to not flood your feed with posts. I’m trying to think of things to share that add value to your lives, not promote myself. I’m open to suggestion’s.

I also wanted to share my business card with all of you. If you have a moment, please share this page with someone you know that may need a realtor now or in the near future. I would be honored to serve any of you and those you love.

For me, being in sales leadership is a life calling. I have spent 31 years of my professional career in sales. Over that span of time, I have experienced both success and failure.

Below is a list of what I have discovered matters most…

* Communicate effectively

* Listen for understanding

* Be genuinely curious

* Provide solutions to problems

* Do what you say you will do

* Execute details

* Be authentic and transparent

* Deadlines matter

* Above all, people matter
