Today was a good day here at Wheeler Development Group! Along with WDG Construction, PURE Real Estate Management GR, First National Bank of Michigan, Sage Architects, and Moore & Bruggink, we celebrated the construction kick off of Knapp Hills Townhomes!

We're soon to deliver 38 single-family rental homes to the Creston neighborhood (available March 2027).

PURE Real Estate Management GR is now pre-leasing these beautiful homes!
