Every home sale is exciting, but every once in a while, one comes along that really hits home!

I just helped Darlene, her husband Andy, and their son Ashton purchase their very first home!

Here’s what makes this so special. I’ve known Darlene since she was about 5 or 6 years old. That’s 24–25 years ago! Not trying to age you there, Darlene! 😂

I met Darlene through her mom, who’s been my wife Lorena’s best friend since high school. Both her parents have been close friends of mine for nearly 25 years!

Years ago, I helped her parents buy their homes, and now I’m helping their daughter buy her very first home! How cool is that?

And the icing on the cake? Their new home is just a few short blocks from her parents! ❤️
