𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐰.

Expected to open in 2027, the Indiana-based specialty meat market will join AP Development LLC’s approximately $21 million mixed-use redevelopment at the former Owens Grocery site.

Millworks includes 86 market-rate apartments, and Carve Market will bring premium meats, prepared foods, local products, and a gathering place for future residents and the broader Warsaw community.

Connecting new downtown housing with businesses that serve the community is an important part of our vision for Millworks. We look forward to seeing Carve Market become part of that story.

The new Carve Market will bring the company’s distinctive combination of premium meats, traditional butchery, prepared foods, local products, and a welcoming community atmosphere to Warsaw. The location is expected to open in 2027.

In 1866, 19-year-old George H. Knollenberg opened a store on Main Street that would become a Richmond institution. For generations, it was a familiar part of shopping and everyday life downtown.

Today, we’re helping write its next chapter.

Knollenberg’s is part of Legacy on Main, our restoration project bringing new apartments and revitalized commercial spaces to historic downtown Richmond. Preserving the character of these buildings while giving them a future is what this work is all about.

Today, we accepted the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at Indiana Landmarks’ 66th Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation, recognizing our restoration of the Ben-Hur Building in Crawfordsville.

AP Development LLC received the 2026 Cook Cup for Outstanding Restoration, Indiana Landmarks' highest restoration honor, for our $13 million restoration of the 𝐁𝐞𝐧-𝐇𝐮𝐫 Building in downtown Crawfordsville.

After nearly two decades of vacancy, we restored the details that made this building special while giving it an entirely new life with 49 apartments and gathering space in the heart of downtown.

This is why we preserve.
