Hello fellow agents, I am wondering if anyone knows of investors or anyone who helps people facing foreclosure, to save their home via a hard money loan, financing the difference with a lien on the home or anything. I don't want to put all the personal details here, but I have a past client who has had multiple unfortunate circumstances and just found out about the foreclosure and it is soon and they can't post pone. Waiting for rates to get really low? You might be waiting a long time. 😊

What I tell my clients is simple: if you find the right home and the payment works for you now, don’t let the interest rate alone stop you.

When rates come down, more buyers may jump back in—and more competition can mean higher prices and more cash needed to compete.

Buy when it makes sense for you, and if rates improve later, you can look at refinancing.
