🔸 Our first contract fell through due to a crazy low appraisal.
🔸 When the market slowed after re-listing—impacted by election season and the winter slump—I didn’t stop advocating for my client.
🔸 I monitored the market closely and pivoted to reignite interest. This included staging the home (at no extra cost to the seller), capturing fresh photos, and a small price adjustment to boost visibility, and another 2 hour drive there and back for another Sunday Open House!

Guess what? The strategy worked! 💥
🌟 We went under contract again, SOLD the home for more money, achieved a higher appraisal, and secured a top-of-the-market price for the neighborhood by $30k.
