When buyers reach out, one of the first things we do is talk through what matters to them, what they can afford, and how the process works.

Then we build a plan. That includes understanding the market, finding homes that fit, asking the right questions during a showing, and preparing for the decisions that come with an offer, inspections, and closing.

Years of experience have helped me build a process that keeps buyers informed and prepared along the way. Touring homes is part of the work. Helping you make thoughtful decisions at every stage is what makes the process work.

I’ve been a real estate agent for 10 years, and I’ve watched the market change in ways few people could have predicted.

Average days on market went from around 60, down to 3, and now back up to 42. Prices have shifted, and HOA and insurance costs have climbed. There’s also more real estate information online than ever.

That information can be helpful, though it doesn’t always tell the whole story. Knowing what questions to ask and how the answers affect your plans takes experience.

I’m grateful to bring a decade of perspective to the people I work with, along with clear advice and steady guidance through each decision.

5194 E 33rd Ave is now for sale in Park Hill.

This two bedroom, one bathroom half duplex has original hardwood floors, an open living and dining area, and a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has been updated too.

There’s central air, a dedicated spot for the washer and dryer, a one car garage, two additional parking spaces, and no HOA. It’s a home with character and the practical updates that make day to day life easier.

When I first met Cam and Court, they were buying their first home. I’ve since had the pleasure of attending their wedding, meeting their daughter when she was born, and helping them sell that first home and purchase their second.

That history is part of why this video means so much to me. Real estate can become deeply personal when you get to know the people behind each decision and see their lives change over the years.

Cam and Court, thank you for continuing to trust me and for sharing your experience. Every referral you’ve sent my way means a great deal. I’m so grateful our paths have crossed.

I’m getting a new listing ready in Park Hill.

It’s a two bedroom half duplex with original hardwood floors and a nice mix of character and updates. The kitchen has been remodeled and opens to the living and dining space, which makes the home feel comfortable and easy to use.

The bathroom is updated, there’s a spot for the washer and dryer by the back entry, and the home has central air. It also comes with a garage, two additional parking spaces, and no HOA.

I’m looking forward to sharing it with you when we go live.

3725 Eliot St. has a great story, and I’m grateful I got to be part of its latest chapter.

Built in 1890, this brick Victorian dates back to when Highlands was a separate town. The stained glass entry and carved staircase still give you a sense of that history. Over the years, the home also gained modern updates and an attached ADU.

My clients and our team worked hard to prepare it for sale. It went under contract after nine days on the market and has now closed. In a tough market, that result means a lot. What means even more is who I got to do it for: friends and repeat clients who trusted me with another important move.

I’m thankful for their friendship, their trust, and the chance to help them get this home sold.

One misconception I hear is that you need to figure out the buying or selling process on your own before reaching out to an agent.

That planning stage is a big part of my work. We can talk through your options, look at the Denver area market, and sort out what needs your attention now versus later. You do not need a move date or a perfect plan to start the conversation.

Sometimes a move comes together quickly. Other times, we have months to prepare. Either way, my job is to give you clear information and help you make decisions that fit your situation.

If there is something about buying or selling that you have been wondering about, send me a message. I am happy to talk it through.

After a close family friend passed away, his family was offered a quick solution. Another real estate agent offered to purchase the home directly so they would not have to handle the cleanout, preparation, or sale.

Before accepting, the family asked me whether the offer reflected the home’s value. I walked them through several options so they could understand what the property might sell for and decide what made the most sense for them.

From there, I helped clean out the house, made sure meaningful belongings were sent to family members in California, Chicago, and the Western Slope, and prepared the home for the market.

The house needed a lot of love, and it was also incredibly cool. Once it was listed, we sold it for several hundred thousand dollars more than the original direct offer.

This was about more than selling a house. It was about taking care of a family, protecting their interests, and doing the work necessary to give them a better outcome.

There is no better endorsement than hearing directly from the people I have had the opportunity to help.

Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful, and occasionally a little chaotic. My job is to bring clarity to the process, solve problems, and make sure my clients always know someone is firmly in their corner.

I am grateful for the trust this client placed in me and for the time they took to share their experience. It means a great deal to me.
