Concrete is hitting the ground on the second of two houses at the Generations at Copper Ridge project!

Forms are removed on the first house any preparation work has started to begin backfilling soon!

The Generations at Copper Ridge project had its first pour today. We will have walls ready to pour soon and the second house is about ready to start forming for its first pour!

Super excited about this project and the team is all coming together and kicking butt!

Helical piers are installed at the first Generations at Copper Ridge house and we should have a foundation in the next couple weeks!

Shingles will be going up this week on the Villa Way project!

Roof is dried in and framing is nearly complete. HVAC, plumbing and electric will come soon. We will also be finishing up exterior concrete starting in a week or two and then siding to wrap up the first exterior!

Two more exciting starts are coming this week!

Framing is almost done and roofing will start soon at the Villa Way project. A few more weeks and the exterior will be pretty well wrapped up!
